Corso Italia is the Genoa’s sea promenade of. It starts at Fiera di Genova, the site of important exhibitions and fairs such as the Boat Show or Euroflora (Flower Show), and reaches the fishing village of Boccadasse. Here time seems to stand still: the pastel colour buildings, the tiny beach with its boats, the nets and fishermen and the cats are always the same.
Proceeding eastward, we reach the district of Nervi, an elegant sea resort in the early 20th c. Today it is possible to reach the parks and museums starting from the little harbour and walking along the romantic Anita Garibaldi seafront promenade.
